On December 26, 2025, the AMADA Shanghai Technology Center held its final Technology Open Day of the year.
The event focused on the "Fiber Laser Welding System FLW ENSISe." Equipped with a self-developed oscillator from AMADA, the FLW ENSISe features a variety of new functions and incorporates advanced AI algorithms to achieve high-speed, high-quality welding.

Mr. Takashi Furugori, General Manager of the AMADA China Group, delivered an opening speech on behalf of the company, expressing a warm welcome and sincere thanks to all attendees. He also acknowledged the long-standing support and trust of both new and existing customers over the years.
Following this, AMADA's technical engineers delivered thematic presentations from a professional perspective. They provided in-depth yet accessible explanations of the FLW ENSISe fiber laser welding system, addressing common challenges faced by customers in welding processes.

ON SITE EXPLANATION
During the Open Day, AMADA's technical engineers showcased live machining demonstrations of the FLW ENSISe fiber laser welding system.
They highlighted the newly upgraded "AI-TAS (Intelligent Welding Position Calibration Function)." Programs prepared through offline programming may experience positional deviations when imported into the robot. AI-TAS automatically corrects these deviations without requiring manual adjustments by operators. This not only saves time on manual calibration but also prevents defects caused by misalignments, ensuring stable and high-quality welding results that surpass traditional laser welding capabilities.
