Recently, Oree Laser, leveraging its strong product capabilities and customised industry processing solutions, successfully secured a project from a well-known domestic AI computing company.Six units of high-end laser equipment will soon be deployed in the production of supporting products for AI computing infrastructure, helping the customer expand production capacity and accelerate its transition towards intelligent manufacturing.The successful implementation of this project marks another important step for Oree Laser in expanding its presence in the emerging AI computing sector, extending the application of high-end laser equipment and establishing benchmark projects within the industry.

With the rapid evolution of artificial intelligence and large-model technologies, demand for AI computing power in China is growing exponentially, driving the rapid development of data centre infrastructure.

Supporting products for AI computing infrastructure impose stringent requirements on every stage of sheet metal fabrication. Six High-End Machines Empower Precision Manufacturing
The six high-end laser machines included in this project cover a wide range of processing applications, including medium and thin sheet metal, small and medium-sized tubes, and heavy-duty tubes.The equipment is precisely configured to meet the diversified and high-precision manufacturing requirements of AI computing infrastructure, helping the customer comprehensively upgrade its sheet metal production system.
PU Series High-Speed Sheet Laser Cutting Machine
The PU3216 high-speed laser cutting machine, one of Oree Laser’s flagship products, is primarily designed for the high-speed, high-precision and stable processing of medium and thin sheets.With a maximum simultaneous movement speed of 180 m/min and maximum acceleration of 2G, combined with 8 Hz low-pass filtering technology, the machine delivers both high-speed operation and high-precision cutting.The purchase of four PU high-speed sheet laser cutting machines will significantly enhance the quality and production efficiency of sheet metal components used in core products such as data centre server cabinets and energy storage prefabricated cabins.
V Series High-Speed Laser Tube Cutting Machine
The V24 dual-chuck high-speed laser tube cutting machine is Oree Laser’s benchmark solution for the efficient processing of small and medium-sized tubes.Equipped with a pneumatic direct-drive precision chuck, the machine provides automatic centring, stable clamping and efficient transmission. It is compatible with round tubes, square tubes, irregular-profile tubes and various other metal tube types.With features including front-chuck forward movement, follow-up support and an intelligent automatic loading and unloading system, the machine enables automated, high-precision and stable tube processing throughout the entire production process.It will be primarily used for the precision manufacturing of components such as communications cabinet frames and cooling-channel support structures.
M Series Heavy-Duty Full-Floating Laser Tube Cutting Machine
The M36 three-chuck heavy-duty laser tube cutting machine is Oree Laser’s professional solution for heavy-duty tube processing.Featuring an innovative three-chuck full-floating structural design, the machine offers outstanding capabilities for processing extra-long tubes together with exceptional clamping stability.It is ideally suited to the high-precision and near-zero-remnant processing of large-diameter, long and heavy-duty tubes.The deployment of this equipment will help the customer overcome processing bottlenecks associated with high-value products such as heavy-duty cabinet frames and large energy-storage enclosures, enabling a significant upgrade in its manufacturing capabilities for heavy structural components.
