The 20th China International Industry Fair (CIIF) will kick off at National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) on September 19-23, 2018. Nine professional exhibitions will continue to build an annual “mega industrial show” in Shanghai. As two core themed shows of CIIF, Metalworking and CNC Machine Tool Show 2018 (MWCS) and Industrial Automation Show 2018 (IAS) will respectively attract more than 600 and nearly 700 well-known enterprises at home and abroad, with display areas hitting 80,000 sqm and 70,000 sqm. The two shows are organized by Deutsche Messe AG and Hannover Milano Fairs Shanghai Ltd.
MWCS 2018: Improve the Quality in Pursuit of Excellence
The reform on the supply side is now making a difference in economic transformation and restructuring, and overall production factors have realized optimal allocation after the holding of the 19th CPC National Congress and the middle period of the 13th Five-Year Plan. Due to the sustainable strategy and rapid development of Chinese industries such as automobile, rail transit, communication, aviation, aerospace, ship, electrical equipment, construction machinery and agricultural machinery, a huge industry demand will occur in the CNC machine market and metalworking market. This year, MWCS additionally use 1H Hall to meet the increasing demands of exhibitors. It is worth pointing out that Trumpf will unveil the world’s first myriawatt TruLaser 5040 fiber cutter in MWCS and bring TruMatic 1000 fiber laser blanking compound machine and its automatic loading/unloading devices, offering the most intuitive metal plate process experience and inspirations. In particular, Prima Power will bring a Combi-Sharp laser cutting compound machine to construe the new definition of “high productivity and cost performance”. Meanwhile, Han’s Laser will display a number of products such as high-speed fiber laser cutter G4020HF-IPG15000 and laser pipe cutter with automatic loading/unloading WP6018D－IPG2500 to show China’s new strength in laser manufacturing.
IAS 2018: Industrial Automation to Shape the Future
Influenced by national policies such as “Made in China 2025“ and “The Belt and Road“, an increasing number of manufacturing enterprises make transformations and invest in automation industry to increase their production potential. Misumi will launch inCAD Components, a new generation of 3D automation design support software, in China for the first time to greatly shorten design time. Pilz will bring industrial 4.0 intelligent factory units of Smart Factory, including three units i.e., storage, laser printing and robot, to provide visitors with customized gifts.
